A straight answer about pricing, what changes it, and what you should expect at each level.
Most people ask what a website costs and get an answer somewhere between RM500 and RM20,000. Both are real prices. The gap exists because "a website" describes anything from a single template page to a structured business asset built to bring in enquiries.
The price is set by four things: how many pages you need, how much of the content and design is built specifically for you rather than reused, whether the site is set up to be found in search, and whether anyone is responsible for it after launch. A quote that seems unusually low is usually low on one of those four.
Based on what is actually charged in this market, the bands look roughly like this.
Page count matters less than people expect. What really moves the number is whether you need an online store or a booking system, whether the site needs to work in more than one language, whether the content has to be written from scratch, and whether anyone is maintaining it afterwards.
Content is the most commonly underestimated item. A five-page site where you supply the text is a very different job from a five-page site where someone has to interview you and write it.
A website that brings in four enquiries a month instead of sixteen has not saved you money. The difference between those two outcomes is usually structure and search groundwork — the exact things removed to reach the lowest price.
The other hidden cost is ownership. Some very low annual packages keep the domain and the source code on the provider's account, which means leaving costs you the website. Before signing anything, ask two questions: who owns the domain, and can I take the site elsewhere.
Our packages start at RM588 (Refresh — up to 3 pages using content you provide), RM1,988 (Starter — 4–8 pages where we write your copy) and RM3,988 (Professional — 9–15 pages with full SEO and AEO). Prices are fixed and stated upfront, with add-ons quoted separately.
